COR OLLARIVM.
Hinc patet veritas Archimedei aſſumpti, quòd
fluidi conſiſtentis natura requirit vt partium eius æ­
què iacentium magis compreſſæ ſursùm impellant
partes minus preſſas perpendiculariter ad horizontem.
Quia aqua ſubiecta HCTS ob eius conſiſtentiam̨
non condenſatur, & mobilis eſt, quia fluida, ergo li­
bram flexibilem conſtituit, eſtque pars ſubiecta HV
magis compreſſa quàm DT (propterea quòd pars a­
quea GD grauior eſt ligno AC) igitur libra fluida
HDC flecti debet deſcendendo HD & DC aſcen­
dendo, quare tota aqua HSVD deorsùm depreſſa im­
pellet aquam DVTC ſursùm.
