            per natura è troppo ſugoſa, o troppo humida, ſi inuetria di modo al fuoco, che

            terra, perche la calcina poi non rieſce ſtietta. </s>

            che queſta per lo intonicare ſia la migliore, & </s>

            nõ hanno uſata altra calcina, che quella che ſi fa di frombole (raccolte de fiumi)

            è certo che ella sì nelle opere di pietra, sì in quelle di mattoni, ha mantenuto

            gran tempo eccellente fermezza. </s>

            la calcina di Oſtrighe, & </s>

            che ſi fa ancor’eſſo di pietre cotte, ancora che e’ dicono che & </s>

            di Tebe, il Geſſo ſi caua delle Caue, cotto dal Sole nella ſuperficie della Terra.

            fatto di ſottiliſsimi ſcogli, cõgiunti l’uno ſopra l’altro. </s>
