            thoſe Bodies vvhich are ſevered from it, as

            a Bullet, or the Clouds, ſhould follovv it

            <s xml:id="echoid-s4528" xml:space="preserve">Thoſe Spots vvhich are diſco-

            vered about the Sun, and are thought to be
              <lb/>
            Clouds or Evaporations from his Body, are
              <lb/>
            obſerved to be carried about according to
              <lb/>
            his Revolution. </s>

            round by our Earth; </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s4530" xml:space="preserve">the four leſſer Planets
              <lb/>
            by the Body of Jupiter. </s>

              <lb/>
            Planets, in their ſeveral Orbs, are moved a-
              <lb/>
            bout by the Revolution of the Sun upon
              <lb/>
            its ovvn Axis (ſaith Keplar) and there-
              <lb/>
            fore much more may an Arrovv, or Bul-
              <lb/>
            let, be carried round by the Magnetical Mo-
              <lb/>
            tion of our Earth.</s>

            unto the Inſtances of this Argument, is,

            by ſhewing the like Motions of other
              <lb/>
            things, within ſome Room of a ſailing Ship.

            a Candle, as alſo the Fumes that come from
              <lb/>
            it, will always keep the ſame ſcituation, in

            the ſwifteſt motion of a Ship, as if it did

            reſt immovably, and the Flame will not
              <lb/>
            more eſpecially bend one way, or have any
              <lb/>
            troubled ſluctuation, but burn as ſtreight and
              <lb/>
            quietly, as if it did ſtand ſtill. </s>
