Eos autem, qui ſalem ardentibus lignis, aquas ſalſas infundendo confici­
unt, foſſas, in quibus collocent ligna, facere oportet: quas conuenit eſſe lon­
gas pedes duodecim, latas ſeptem, altas duos & dimidium, ne aquæ infuſæ
effluant: undique lapidibus ſalſis, quamprimum haberi poſſunt, conſtructas,
