Alij utuntur cribro, cuius uas ligneum duobus ferreis circulis cingitur:
fundum, non aliter ac capſæ, ferreis filis inſtar retis contexitur: id imponunt
duobus aſſerculis ſic affixis ad ſtipitem, in terra defixum, ut alter alteri tranſ­
uerſus ſuperpoſitus ſit.
Quanquam quidam ſtipitem terræ non infigunt, ſed
eum ſuper ſolum ſtatuentes uſque dum eius, quod cribrum tranſmiſit, aceruus
fiat: cui illam infigunt: in hoc cribrum operarius glareas, lapillos, ſabulum,
arenas tumulo erutas, batillo ferreo inijcit: & eius anſas manibus tenens, i­
pſum agitando ſuccurit: ut eo motu per fundum arena, ſabulum, lapilli, mi­
nutæ glareæ decidant.
Alij non uſurpant cribrum, ſed capſam patentem:
cuius fundum item filis ferreis contextum eſt: eam in tigillo tranſuerſo, in du­
obus tignis ſtatutis incluſo, locatam ducunt & reducunt.
