            Poſſible hopes of Reaching thither.</s>

            lay down this Poſition.</s>

            other means, raiſe himſelf Twenty Miles up-

            wards, or thereabouts, it were Poſſible for him

            to come unto the Moon.</s>

            ſeem to overthrow the Truth of this, they
              <lb/>
            Proceed upon a wrong Ground. </s>

              <lb/>
            Suppoſe, that a Condenſed Body, in any place
              <lb/>
            of the Air, would always Retain in it a ſtrong
              <lb/>
            Inclination of Tending Down-wards, towards
              <lb/>
            the Centre of this Earth. </s>

            probable, that if it were but ſomewhat </s>
