miſſam non videtur explicuiſſe, niſi ipſius eſt il-
la quam Eutocius in vetuſto quodam libro reper-
tam commentariis ſuis inferuit.
Ea vero parabo-
les &
hyperboles interſectione perficitur, uti & illa cujus
Dionyſidorus autor eſt, quæ tamen à priori differt.
Præter
has tertiam quoque adfert Eutocius è Dioclis de Pyriis li-
bro, quæ hyperboles &
ellipſis deſcriptionem requirit. No-
ſtra autem quam hic conſcribemus anguli triſectionem poſtu-
lat;
Et hæc conſtruendi ratio in ſolidis problematibus quo-
dammodo ſimpliciſſima videtur, atque ad uſum maxime ac-
commodata.
